Erstwhile Pratam he was associated with AU SFB, Equitas SFB, Serco and HCL. He has played vital roles across all functions of HR, He has effectively implemented end to end HR process, in various organisation viz. HR Policy formulation, Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Training, PMS, safety, & training. He is well competent in operations of asset based lending (LAP) and is extremely proficient at managing employee issues, conflicts and grievances. He has an expertise in conducting Job fairs, Educational activities and various CSR activities for the low income group population.

He Started his journey as internal auditor and moving into multiple roles as credit and risk and quality assurance.

He is MBA and is a hard core financial services professional, has more than 11 years of extensive field level leadership experience catering to the “Bottom of pyramid” market. He was instrumental in business development and branch network expansion for the industry leaders like Equitas SFB and SKS Microfinance in various parts of Maharashtra. His deep understanding of the segment and field level management supported organizations to become leaders in Micro finance, Micro Mortgage Loans and HL businesses. He was an (AVP) in Equitas SFB.

He is a BFSI professional with an experience of 11 years. His focus area to Micro Mortgage loans, Micro Finance, Agri loans, Affordable Housing loans etc. gives him comprehensive understanding of rural economy of Eastern Maharashtra. He has an excellent leadership quality and skillful tactics to resolve complex business problems. He was associated as Area Manager with Equitas SFB prior to joining Partam. He also played multiple roles with organization like Reliance Life Insurance and HDFC bank.

He has excellent hands-on experience of working in an NBFC on liability and assets side. Erstwhile he was associated with MAS Financial Services Limited as Credit and Relationship manager (wholesale Funding), and Kudos Finance & Investments Private Limited as Strategy and Finance Manager.

He holds master degree in mass communication and PGD in international trade. Having a rich experience of more than 20 years in financial sectors, across vertical as well geography in secured as well as unsecured loan segment. Managed a portfolio of more than 150 Cr in Microfinance and Secured loans with minimal Delinquencies. His core expertise in Business planning, Credit analysis, Team management, NPA management, setting up process and implementation. He demonstrates a wide experience in Auto loans. Prior to joining Pratam he was associated with Equitas small finance bank ltd as Dy. Vice President handling Nagpur location for Microfinance and Secured product.

He is LLB, Post-graduation in corporate Law and Labor Law from Nagpur University, He appeared before High court, district court and all Tribunals at Nagpur in civil and criminal sites. He has rich experience of more than 11 years in various legal matters. He has played vital role in legal matters related financial services industry in various products as well as vertical, processes viz. LAP, Housing Finance, SME, Micro Finance, SARFAESI, Arbitration, recovery Suit, conducting lok adalat, Short fall cases. His Prior association was with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd as Asst. Manager Legal and Cholamandalam as Sr. Associate Legal co-ordination Nagpur.
